New Projects; March and April Shows

Hi all, I hope 2016 has been treating you well so far. It’s been a busy year so far for me, with tours in Norway as well as shows with the Dave Douglas Quintet, Chris Potter Big Band, my quartet in Jacksonville, FL and recording sessions with Rudy Royston’s new trio.
Behind the Sky and Inaction is an Action continue to get rave reviews, and I’ve done a couple of interviews about them that I will be telling you about soon.

I also did a Blindfold Test for Downbeat Magazine that came out in the December issue, and I just finished interviewing Sonny Rollins (?!) for my upcoming Downbeat Magazine Woodshed article, so stay tuned for that!

I’m looking forward to these next couple of months of shows, including a European tour with my trio featuring Barry Altschul and Mark Helias; if you’re in the area, it’d be great to see you.  Thanks for stopping by and for the continued support!  I truly appreciate it.
